I Just have to say that this short little under caffeinated Loud Mouth Latina Is having the MOST AMAZING THURSDAY MORNING! It started out NOT SO GOOD. I was Sleepy as could be! I mean think eyes drooping Running into walls sleepy.. But then as I was sipping my WEAK morning coffee and reading through blogs I came across the most amazing title that INSTANTLY brightened my day… WAIT FOR IT…..SAY IT SLOW… HAKUNA MATATA… SING IT… It means no worries.. for the rest of your days! See now I know you at the very least cracked a smile! Big thank you to Jagged Little Life. Now that I have smile on my face here is everything and anything that means everything or nothing to me this Thursday…
Five… I seriously need some organizing inspiration. Any fun Organizing tips out there? Four... 359 Days until I get to marry my best friend!!! : )

Three… Dear Cutest blog on the block....Why is my background going to be deleted tomorrow? LAME! Time for a new look any suggestions?

Two… I like Red(Trader Joes) Curry sauce better than Yellow(Traders Joes) Curry sauce... *shrugs shoulders* Im Just saying

One… Oh my growing baby boy! I can not believe he is walking. I really don’t know where the time has gone. I knew time would go fast but I had no idea it would go this fast. He is so much more of a little boy now than a baby boy. He understands everything that is going on around him and has developed quite the personality. I love him so much and just wish I could slow down time a little bit. What a blessing motherhood is! HAKUNA MATATA... Its our Problem-Free Philosphy...Have a Blessed Thursday!

Thursday Five

There is a seriously large clock, which by the way is a strange word, in my office staring at me. I mean really it wont stop looking at me. See right isn’t that unusually large? If it had a second hand I might jump out my previously mentioned minuscule… still dirty… office window. The music playing is taking my mind to a pleasant place. Don’t you just LOVE how a good song can always put a smile on your face? PAUSE… COFFEE BREAK… Ahhh Warm Caffeinated goodness! Is it really Thursday? Where and How did this week disappear? Well I suppose its time… Here is everything and anything that means everything or nothing to me this Thursday…

Five… Bill Compton … who are you and what have you done with my favorite vampire Bill Compton.. oh True Blood you make my heart melt.. GO WATCH if you haven’t… I still say the writer of Twilight obviously read the Sookie Stackhouse books and got “influenced” to write a movie. I’m just saying!

Four… Bumble Bees are actually really beautiful!

Three… If my face seems droopy it’s probably because its melting in the humidity! I mean Cheese and Rice the humidity is hotter than the heat.

Two… SUPER bummed The only place I ever imagined getting married at...got booked for the day I wanted it literally moments before I called to book it : (

What was your favorite part of planning your wedding? How did you NOT stress about it?

One… Aries Aries Aries.. Has A HUGE personality to say the least. He can Pre walk. Take 10-12 un assisted steps at a time sometimes more. He is still pretty wobbly but its cute/scary/ oh shit I am never going to catch him now! Oh the Joys Of Motherhood!

How do you Relax?

What A CRAZY weekend! I Missed out on my Freaking Friday Blog and Super Random Sunday BLOG! : (
DO you ever just have one of those weekends where you feel completely revitalized after? I Had the best most relaxing weekend I have had in MONTHS. Friday was just plain fun. Jacques and I had our 5 year High School Reunion.

It was a belligerent amount of fun. For some people both literal and figurative! $10 for all the beer you could drink. To say the very least people took FULL advantage of that! All in All it was nice to see people, not through a facebook picture, and it would be nice to do it more than every 5-10 years.
Jacques and I randomly ended up getting Aries from my parents and staying at a hotel for the night! It was amazing and fantastic to have a night away from home! Aries even slept the WHOLE night!
Saturday and Sunday we just hung out at home together! Its been a long time since we have both had work off for so many days in a row!

I also stumbled across a new caffeinated addiction… GREEN TEA! I used to be ADDICTED to Caribou Coffee’s Green Tea but it had been years since I took a sip. Let me tell you my body instantly relaxed in to a state of calmness after I had that nice warm cup of tea! I was thinking that I want to try some organic tea? Any ideas of some really great organic tea? Also what is your Favorite way to Relax?

AHHH Life is good and I feel blessed to have such a wonderful family! : ) I hope everyone’s weekends were fantastic!

Freaking 'Fantastic' Friday!

Hello!! IT’S FREAKING FRIDAY! I can NOT believe it. Every week seems to go so slow and then all of a sudden it’s Friday and I can’t believe the week is done! HOW CRAZY! My thoughts are BURSTING with excitement for this weekend! I LOVE to make people smile and am so looking forward to throwing the Independence Day BBQ for all the residents that live in the apartment community I manage! I am even more looking forward to making the cupcakes I found over at A Beautiful Mess But what I am really JAZZED UP with excitement for is the award that the beautiful wonderful and sweet Chelsea from over at Cream & Cotton gave me! THE VERSATILE BLOGGER AWARD! So here it is….

Seven things about me…

1. I am 5 foot nothing(and a ½) and am so used to being so much shorter than everyone I actually feel uncomfortable in heels! Geezz what kind of girl am I?

2. I will take caffeine any way I can. Rockstar, coffee, chocolate, nos, redbull, coolers you name it I love it, BUT I didn’t have a single drop the entire time I was pregnant!

3. Probably due to my lack of interest in heels I live in a make believe world where its okay to wear flip flops all year even in the below zero winters we have!

4. I am Terrified of orange cones.. the ones you see in construction zone! I don’t know where this phobia came from, but its there. I will take a 20 minute detour before I go in the direction of an orange cone… everyone I know makes fun of me for it!

5. I have a diploma in cosmetology, graphic design, and marketing and I don’t use any of them… I am however back in school for my BA in psychology which I do plan On using after my children are in school!

6. Dan Dan my maintenance man is the best Maintenance man a property manager could ask for. I couldn’t survive without him!

7. I Still get excited when I receive a package with bubble wrap that I can pop!

My 'Thirsty Thursday' Five

I just have to start by saying Today July 1st… THURSDAY… I feel so blessed. Not for any particular reason but just because. I think sometimes in life we feel like we need a BIG reason to feel blessed and forget that if we take a step back and look at things for a far there are a whole bunch of little things in our life that make it a blessed one.
My finger is twitching being this serious so without rambling to much more… here is everything and anything that means everything or nothing to me this Thursday…

Five.. So P90x/Insanity week went like this… … …
Do you hear the emptiness screaming? I had EVERY intention of doing it but sometimes(most times) intentions are empty and its actions that speak. Well I am speechless because I had no actions. I woke up this morning and realized after eight cups of coffee, because God knows I don’t realize anything when I am half asleep, there is NO “I will do better next week” I have to do better this week, because NEXT week always turns into NEXT week! Therefore I did insanity at 8am.. Not the best idea I have ever had but I am glad I did it! Sometimes you just got to prove to yourself you CAN(FOR MY SISTER(S) SAKE I HAVE TO MAKE IT CLEAR EVERY THURSDAY WE ARE mexiCANS not mexiCANTS)! Now I just have to prove I can CONTINUE!

Four…True Blood True Blood! OH MY True Blood!
I am so mad at bill I just can not explain. As if he is someone I know in my personal life.. gosh I am a nerd! This show NEVER fails me! so outrageous. That sex scene gave a whole new meaning to mind blowing sex! Jacques and I both were just silent. Did that really just happen? As always addicting, intoxicating, amazing… But damn you true blood! really? after an episode like that I have to wait two weeks to see another one? (that’s how mad I am … I said damn!)

Three…I don’t think I have ever been so excited for the 4th of July weekend as I am for this one. I LOVE any reason to be with friends and family and this year we have TONS of plans… well not TONS but enough to make me smile. Friday I am hosting a Independence day BBQ for all the residents that live in the building I manage. Saturday we are getting together with a friend to swim and BBQ and Sunday my family is getting together to swim and BBQ I love when my family gets together more than anything, growing up Hispanic the main thing I learned was FAMILY IS EVERYTHING! Monday I think Jacques Aries and I might go to the zoo it will be Aries first time which should be exciting! What are you doing for the 4th?

Two… Beauty isn’t everything.. enough said!

One.. Aries Aries How Great is he! This whole learning to walk thing so much fun! Probably one of my favorite stages! The look on his face when he realizes he is stanging by himself and the concentration and effort into trying to move one foot in front of the other is so cute! I don’t even remember what it was like to not have him in my life! I don’t know how I could possibly survive without poop poop diapers, constantly dirty clothes thanks to him “sharing” his food with me, crabby teething days, and no sleep at night….
And of course that smile! Which makes everything worth it!

Oh hump day how I love you so! You give me hope that the weekend is in sight! : )

Today is the last day of the month...It is such a bitter sweet thing. I am excited for a new month, hopefully a less rainy month I am over June gloom, but I am so sad in just 9 days my little baby is going to be 9 months old. I can’t believe it. I just don’t understand where the time is going?

On another note I was reading A Beautiful Mess and Mommy of a Monsters Blogs yesterday and they absolutely inspired me to try my own little "Tasty Tuesday" I ended up with a variation of Mommy of a Monsters Curry Chicken! : ) I am a Trader Joe's and Costco girl so that’s where all my ingredients came from!

It was BEYOND amazing and I am looking forward to trying some new foods. Because of my Hispanic background I generally only cook Mexican Food I am ready to branch out and learn some new recipes! : ) What is your familys most cooked meal?

Freaking Friday

This Freaking Friday comes from my trip to Staples office supply where I Planned on Getting INK for the Printer….. I ended up at ULTA, don’t ask, five minutes in the opposite direction of Staples. After Browsing for Conditioner, as I am out, I walked out the door with Just this….

The colors Go on smooth and Brighten up my eyes and for only $10 Its The Perfect Set of colors for a Brunette Like Me! And that My loves is my Freaking Friday Story! Sweet.Short.Simple.
Some How I made it home without the INK But Managed to stop Right next door at Trader Joes for some JOES O‘S Cereal… !Classic Freaking Friday!

My Thursday Five

"A seed ascends around the turntable." My endorphins are bursting as the sun beams down on my lightly bronzed face. My thoughts are skydiving as they are junked up on caffeine. Oh Thursday how I love you so… You excite me with your almost Friday status! From me to you here is everything and anything that means everything or nothing to me this Thursday!

Five… Although approximately two months away I am getting a little nervous for this semester of school! With the assumption that I would only be working part time I signed up for 16 online credits. And congratulations to me I got a promotion. Now at 45-60 hours a week and an 8 month old these 16 credits are going to be …well they are going to be an adventure to say the least. HOWEVER I know I can do it, because like I mentioned last week I am a firm believer, thanks to my mother, that anything you put your mind to you can do! Oh and I plan on doing it because like my sisters always say… We are mexiCANS not mexiCANTS! : )

Four… I said last week I was not one for recommendations but apparently that is changing. Being the amazing man that he is My LOVE went to Ulta by himself *SHOCKER* and bought me a hair dryer. My first thought when he arrived home was “ahh he does listen” My second was “this dryer is going to suck” lol but again *SHOCKER* The thing freaking rocks! Perfect for a consistently on the go mom like me! Thanks to my rockstar (mmm that reminds me of caffeine) Latin/Italian heritage I have insanely thick hair and not just thick strands or a lot of hair… yup I got both! (feel free to ask Tammie my amazing hairstylist lol) ANYWAY normally my hair takes forever to get dry but this baby gets it done in 5 minutes! SCORE! So this week I highly recommend the Rusk Speed Freak Hair Dryer a little spendy but totally worth it!

Three…By the end of the season you are going to be sick of me talking about it, but once again thank you TRUE BLOOD for being in existence! Dirty, Raunchy, Captivating, Simply Amazing!

Two… Starting P90x and Insanity Round two. I was doing great with it the first time around seeing results and then I just stopped because of the whole promotion jump to full time hours thing, but now that I am starting to get my groove down with work I am about to beast and go so hard! That’s right I JUST SAID BEAST! 

ONE… First I just have to explain for those of you who were wondering Aries is a Jamexican and that is a Jamaican and Mexican(Jamaican and Mexican.. apparently her really CAN!) which are the two many ethnicities that he is… Look up a jamexican on urban dictionary and give yourself a laugh!
Oh my little big Aries how you are growing so fast. He is starting to try to take steps.. Yes that’s right steps. I can’t believe how fast he is growing. It seems like next week he’s going to be ready to potty train and I am going to be in a rocker on the balcony with a cane to my right and gray hair on my head!

My Five

I feel as though it is becoming routine for me to comment on what “crazy” week I am having. Yesterday I was joking about it being “Thirsty Thursday” and one of my friends kindly pointed out it was Wednesday…. EPIC FAIL… So without out further ado here is my five random things that mean everything or nothing to me this week!

Five.. When I was 14 I had my first job. When I was 16 I had two jobs… By the time I was 18 I was a district manager of 3 salons and had another full time job. So Obviously I am used to working MANY hours… HOWEVER after only working part time, or not at all while being a stay at home mom, I am So worn out by this 60 hours a week thing. I used to work 80 hours+ and still have energy to party and now I can hardly do 60. I need to start sucking down the caffeine and working out hard core to get more energy because I feel so OLD! However Like I briefly mentioned last week I feel so blessed to be the Resident Manager of a 125 unit property at the age of 23(that number still makes me cringe). As my mom always said there is nothing you can’t do when you put your mind to it! Like when I first started riding a bike she made me repeat… I CAN DO IT I CAN DO IT I CAN DO IT! And as my sisters would say I am a mexiCAN not a MexiCANT!

Four... I am not one to recommend things but ESURANCE is amazing, and Jacki Wages at Esurance(Phone: (800) 772-935 Ext. 2635) is even better. AND NO I DON’T GET ANYTHING FOR SAYING THIS. The service she offered was amazing she was sweet and patient not just out for a sale. I have amazing coverage and it truly is the most inexpensive coverage for a vehicle. In this society I can’t help but obsess a little over good service!

Three.. True Blood Season Premier DID NOT disappoint me. It was just as out of control, shocking, and amazing as I expected it to be. This season is going to be wonderful. I have said it before and I will say it again the author of Twillight ABSOLUTELY stole her idea from the author of the Sookie Stackhouse series(which True Blood is based after).

Two.. OH OH OH! So Jacques and I are complete Tv Show Junkies( SEE ABOVE FOR EXAMPLE) and As we are caught up on all of our shows I was looking for something new to watch. Old, New, Strange it really does not matter we love everything. Anyway searching on google for good shows and “Persons Unknown” Popped Up I guess it just started on … I think NBC… AHHH AMAZING! LOVE IT. Recommend It!

One… Always seems to be about my little, BIG, Papa Bear! I swear every week this kid takes LEAPS and BOUNDS in his development. He went from sitting to crawling in a 3 week period and now a month later standing and trying to take steps. Seriously! Every time we think the place is baby proof he proves us wrong!
