Hello Thursday five!!!

Two weeks in a row.. Heck yes!

SOO an amazing twitter friend of mine, yes I tweet don’t laugh, pointed out TODAY is the EVE of Christmas Eve! If you do not celebrate Christmas.. Happy Holidays.. I Hope you have an AMAZING weekend, but please bare with me as I share my overloaded excitement ..

here is everything and anything that means everything or nothing to me this Thursday…

FIVE… I love the Eve of Christmas Eve it’s a very special Holiday to me because it’s the day that we gather at my mothers house and spend the entire afternoon making TAMALES! >enter mouth watering face here<>

Four… As I drink my overly caffeinated coffee and stretch back in my very relaxing work chair I am trying not to jump with joy, because I just noticed the quickly ticking clock to my left. ONE HOUR until my holiday weekend begins HOW exciting!

Three… Any one else feel like little nutcracker men are kind of creepy??? I’m just saying!

Two… So I am not sure if any of you all watch youtube videos, haha, but if you do I really want you to check out these two lovely ladies.

One… Of course we all know what’s coming! Mr. Aries Oh man where to begin. Since he was 9 months old he has been sleeping 100% through the night not waking up a single time from 8PM to 8:30AM. Except for the two weeks he was teething and got 8 teeth in. During that time he would not eat he would not take names and he woke up about 3-5 times a night. Needless to say when the teeth finally cut we were thrilled. Now it has begun again he is currently in the process of cutting 4 molars. He woke up 4 times last night and woke up for the day at 6:30. It’s very hard I feel horrible because there is really not much I can do for my little man! On a good note He now can tell you where his belly button, eyes, mouth, nose, ears, checks, and feet are! Oh and his hair!

So apparently there are four days until Christmas. I must have been locked in my overly lit office for too long, because I could have sworn it was only October? Maybe the 20 Plus inches of snow I keep falling into has caused my brain to freeze.
So let me just say I am literally petrified of going shopping for gifts.. I swear next year I am starting in May. Trying to get to the grocery store, which is seriously two blocks away, takes 30 minutes! I can't even imagine what Costco and Target are going to be like. Holidays and Minnesotans are not a good mixture then sprinkle a little snow on top and you get one of two things... R...ea...lllll....y....s.....lllooooooooooo.w. Drivers or Over the top CRAZY DRIVERS!! It's very rare you find something in between! Its a good thing I can get pretty much everywhere by taking the back roads, but all the back roads in the world can't seem to protect me from
THE PARKING LOTS! Perhaps there should be a "How to drive in parking lots during the Holiday Season in the winter time 101" However I do see an issue with the title of the class taking up to much space in the mostly frozen Minnesotan brains!

Oh how perfect the little white flakes of doom just started falling!

Despite my frustration for the holiday drivers I actually really LOVE this time of year. Something about giving to others really does lift my spirit! Not to mention the cold is a great excuse to sip down some extra cups of coffee... Oh and if you ask me, the poinsettias sitting on my desk look spectacular! :)

Thursday Five.. ITS BACK!

Myself and my oversized, very adorable, forehead have been wrapped up in an under caffeinated world of New real estate projects, 17' snow storms, and a quickly growing toddler. My Thursdays have slipped out of my hands jumped off the balcony and landed in a giant pile of snow. Today however the coffee pot was calling my name, and as I sat here in my overly holiday decorated office sipping my 50th 5th cup of coffee I decided its time to take a break. Put the piles of paper work aside, ignore the blinding mounds of snow outside my window, take a deep breath... and Play. So ... here it is... Everything and anything that means everything or nothing to me this Thursday. Its my Thursday Five...

Five... Recently life has sent me some curve balls, and for once they really knocked me on the ground. ME... On the ground.. You know the one who figures out every possible scenario and outcome far before anyone else even considers one single option.. yeah me... I had no idea what to do.... For once in my life I was stuck, confused, baffled, but as it turns out being knocked on the ground was a good good thing. Why? It was an amazing reminder that sometimes you just have to slow down take a deep breath, let go and Let God. Where ever or whatever your faith may be Its a great thing! I was on facebook this morning and someone’s status really stuck out to me... something along the lines of our life being like photography because it develops from the negatives.. cheesy.. maybe? But i see a great truth in that! :)

Four... So for anyone who even slightly knows me they know that Jacques and I are COMPLETE Lushes for TV shows. Smallville, Nurse Jackie, True Blood, Six feet Under, Teen Mom(yes, although he will never admit it My love does watch it with me), pretty much you name it we watch it. Recently though we have come across 2 new shows that previously we had not watched. The first being Supernatural. We enjoyed it so much we downloaded 6 seasons all with 22 episodes and spend the better part of 2 weeks watching ALL OF THEM! and even more recently The Walking Dead. I forget what channel its on but can you say AMAZING. Its like resident evil gone TV show. Why are TV shows so addicting for us? I have not idea... best jab at it... I would just have to say NERDS!

Three... Growing up my parents were Never the grocery list type of people. I mean for gosh sake what’s the point my mom has never followed a single recipe her entire life. Not exactly the directions reading type of woman, ya know? My dad would go to the store, and God bless his heart, Buy exactly what he needed for dinner and a bag full of random things. The next day Repeat. So obviously as a young woman I picked up on these traits. We go to the store and get what’s for dinner and a few random things our eyes, or stomachs, tell us we should.... and repeat. WELL LET ME FILL YOU IN ON A SECRET. Holy cow face making a list saves SOOO MUCH MONEY! Last week I was bored so I put together 10 meals wrote out everything a needed and went to the store... Two weeks worth of food LESS than $160! In my house where I normally have guests $160 for two weeks is amazing! So Dear Mom and Dad Lesson of the decade.. A list at the grocery store is a life savor! I hate to say but I think I may be becoming a list girl... oh my! :)

Two... With New Years just a few Thursdays away.. I hear that question circling around every room I walk in. I am sure you all thought it when you read the words "New Years"... what are your New Years Resolutions? I think.. ill have to get back to ya next Thursday?!

One.. Of course my #1 is obvious as it always it.. My little baby I mean Toddler >insert sad face here<>

Please all you pregnant ladies and new mommies even when your tired or a little stressed out and even though some days are very hard and some days you are so tired you think you might cry.. soak up ever single moment!!! I say that because you will blink your eyes and have a little toddler standing in front of you instead of a baby in your arms! Every stage is a blessing so enjoy! :)

Monday Madness

The breeze feel so calming, Its so intoxicating I almost forget I am sitting INSIDE at work. It's 1030 and its time for an early lunch. I already feel like I have put in an 8 hour day. Its going to be a crazy week here at Shelard Village. I have to prepare my whole building for 60+ Managers tomorrow for a Kleinman Realty Manager Training session. In all honestly I am honored they are using my building the extra work is worth it to show off Shelard Village. This may not be a 2010 built building but I am proud of how far it has come.

On another note... This weekend was a beautiful one. The Fall colors bursting around us and mild weather Was exactly the relaxing enviornment I think we all needed. Saturday we took Aries to his first Pumpkin Patch(watch the video) and it was a blast... He Ran as fast as his little feet would allow and it was the sweetest thing ever.
I still can not believe there are just 6 days until he is a year old... Every time I start to write about it i get tears in my eyes. I was trying to put together a video from his first year and I had to stop... How did this year Go by so fast? I remember the first time he smiled, and laughed, the first time he sat, and stood..... days old turned into weeks and now hes going to be a year.... oh man! : )

Well Its Monday and although the Sun and Cool Breeze are telling me its time to go out side... Reality is telling me its time to get back to work!

Thursday Five Returns

Oh Thursday how I've missed you while you were gone!!! My cup of Joe has cooled, the sun is at a peak, the breeze outside is perfect, and the amazing colorful leaves are floating ever so gently off the trees.... So here on this lovely Autumn day, although it seems my followers left me while I was gone, here is everything and anything that means everything or nothing to me this Thursday... Its my Thursday Five...
Five... Dear Costco, our relationship is getting a little out of hand! First it started with the meat. How can you not love Costco meat Huge portions for a great price... then the sickness spread... The fresh fruit... the canned vegetables... the juice... the wine selection.. Toys for Aries Birthday... Gifts for Christmas... Throw pillows for the couch... Throw blankets for the living room... New dishes for the kitchen.. And the most recent addiction that Costco has brought into my life... THE CLOTHES... Aries Clothes.. Jacques Clothes.. MY CLOTHES! Seriously I would like to NOT thank my cousin For getting me a membership at Costco...
I can see it now filing my bankruptcy forms.. Reason for filing... COSTCO! : ) I think everyone has that one store that they are addicted to.. Whats yours?

Four... "Here at Shane Company We deal Quality Diamonds"..... Any one who has ever heard that radio commercial can't tell me his voice does not make you giggle a little. Jacques and I constantly made fun of that commercial! Well Let me tell you we learned the ultimate lesson in making fun of things when we walked into Shane Company as a joke and then Walked out with the most beautiful CUSTOM engagement ring for half the price we could have gotten it at any other jewelery store in Minnesota! Although I was proven wrong about Shane Company just being a cheesy commercial I still can't help but laugh a little when I hear them!

Three... Can we say Falling Into Autumn? I am so in love with this weather. The cool Breeze & the enchanting colors. This time of year seriously gets my endorphins going. Its like there is something in the Air. Maybe its the Idea that the holidays are right around the corner? Let me tell you I am a SUCKER FOR THE HOLIDAYS! I love decorating, spending extra time with family, Blasting loud Christmas Carols.. All cultures and religions seem to have something to celebrate over the next few months and just the idea of people coming together makes me smile... I know I am getting a little ahead of myself we still got a little more time to go, but I just cant help but get excited! I feel the warmth of love in the air!

Two... I LOVE my new Living Room set and BIG screen TV. It was a MUCH needed Upgrade! Working Hard for what you want Seriously Pays off!!! Speaking of hard work my mom is proof that hard work pays off, because of her I know anything you put your mind to you can do.. INCLUDING BEATING SICKNESS! LOVE YOU MOM

ONE... 9 More days. I can Hardly believe there are just 9 more days until My precious baby boy Turns One. Just writing this I think I could Cry!!! Time fly's, It really Does. I will have a whole different Post, Potentially this weekend, About this year with my son but just briefly I will say Never have I known love until I met Aries Derrae Garcia-Blake!

My Wedding Wednesday

So much has happen with our wedding since last month. I am literally jumping with joy to share the details...or maybe that’s just the extremely strong coffee I am drinking, YIKES, Happy National Coffee day to me... Anyway, First of all we changed the date again... We are no longer getting married next summer... wait for it.... We are getting married this March!!! That’s right we went from 264 days down to 164 days. Of course you can imagine my slight panic as I realized I had to seriously step up my planning game!! It's a little nerve wreaking at times but so exciting. I feel like I have so much more to do we are so behind on EVERYTHING. It of course is such a blessing to have Jacques as my Fiancé because when I get worried that some things have not been done yet that should have, like our engagement photos, the deposit on the photographer, my dress, the bridesmaids dresses, just to name a few... He reminds me that everything will come together as it should, and so what if we did not get the engagement photos done right away at least they will be amazing when we do... LOVE HIM!

So here is what we have got so far!

The Venue...

We searched and searched for the right place and everywhere we walked into just did not feel right. The second we pulled into the parking lot of this Golf Club we just looked at each other and smiled and then starting laughing because we knew we were at the right place!

The Photographer....

Seriously I have yet to meet her which probably sounds crazy but honestly I don't need to it was kind of the same feeling as when we saw the Venue. Her personality is amazing and her style is us! Not to mention her work is JUST beautiful... I am so Excited!

The Florist...

You know what I love Helpful Accomadating people and that is exactly what my photographer and Florist are. I love my florist because she lets me send her a million pictures and she sends a million back we bounce ideas off each other and she understands that I am traditional in an outside the box kind of way. Not to mention her prices are amazing!

The Save the Date's

As with everything we are doing for the wedding we wanted the save the dates to be unique. Thus the baby photos instead of engagement, but no worries we have something else fun planned for the engagement photos.

I still have a ton of stuff to do but like Jacques said it will all come together as it should!

I missed you while you were gone

Well Hello Blog… I missed you while you were gone…. Or perhaps you missed me since I seemed to be the one missing in action. I just looked and realized I have not written a single blog the entire month of September… Can we sing EPIC FAIL!

What a crazy time in my life this is turning out to be. My 16 online credits are keeping me insanely busy, the wedding planning is full blown in action, not to mention My little baby is going to be a year in just a week and a half can we say party planning galore, oh and then there is my full time management job that is just crazy right now…. Perhaps I took a little too much on at once, but lucky for me I am a MexiCAN not a MexiCANT!! : )

I can hardly believe September is coming to an end.

As my eyes migrate away from the screen and out my office window I can’t help but do a double take as I see colorful leaves floating off of branches and making their way to ground. The window is cracked and I can feel an ever calming cool breeze dancing in the air. I love this time of year maybe its just me but even the air seems to smell better, like warm sugar cookies and pine cones.

In the craziness that seems to be my life right now I can’t help but take a step back and feel so blessed. Sometimes life is hard but that’s okay when life is hard that is what makes you grow because you force yourself to push forward and work harder.

Saturday Vlog

Friday Five

Another Long week for me… The slackerness of my blogging is getting ridiculously out of control. I suppose that is just what happens after a long week of work and life. Lucky for me by the grace of God I am swimming up to Friday with my head above the water… So to end my rambling…(only to continue more : ) here is everything and anything that means everything or nothing to me this Friday.

Five… The Past few months of my life have been pure bliss with little to no negative distraction. I feel like sometimes When your on a trip of pure positivity you can forget what it feels like to get knocked on your butt. It took caught me off guard for sure. The saying when it rains it pours seems to prove itself true. Although Like I said last week I have the faith in my heart, mind, and soul I know with a smile on my face and positive thoughts in my mind Positivity will prevail.

Four… Females... stop being overdramatic... stop judging before you know people... stop searching for drama... stop creeping other womens men... stop being crazy.... as women we should support eachother and not a single action less than that! The older I get the more I understand why when I was younger I always surrounded my self with male friends.

Three… Why can I not stop Watching Jersey Shore?

Two…. 274 days.

One… My poor baby had a fever of 103 for 3 days… For no reason other than he was teething. Its hard to watch your little man cry and not really be able to help him : *( On a good note his top two teeth finally cut through. I can not believe there is only 50 days until he is a year old. : )

My "blankday" Five

Well who has been the worst blogger in the world the past two weeks? Oh yup thats me. I have been so crazy at work.. especially this week... I swear I have lost 5 pounds this week with all the running around I have been doing. I was looking forward to the weekend but... well without further ado here is everything and anything that means everything or nothing to me this ... blankday...

Five... I do everything in my power to be the most positive person I can be because I have a strong conviction that no matter what is going on in your life you have something to be thankful for because no matter what is going on in your life someone has a lot harder life... This week for the first time in a long time I had a hard time staying positive. I am however still thankful for my blessings and know that if I keep my thoughts in the right place all will be well.
Four... Wedding...Date officially changed from 7/16/11 to 6/4/11 294 days left to go! ..Three... Working and living in the same place takes its toll on a person... paying for gas and driving in traffic is no bueno.... dont take for granted that time.
Two... After a hard week of working out... I am feeling strong for the first time in a long time and i must say it feels really good!

One... I Nursed Aries for the last time yesterday... It all happen so fast... I am still not sure how I feel about it...Sometime two weeks ago he just stopped being interested in nursing. Easily distracted constantly ripping away to look around then he started like almost fighting with me like he did not want to nurse at all and obviously with the serious lack of nursing my supply quickly diminished. I thought babies did not self wean until they were over a year? I feel blessed I was able to nurse as long as I have but its still strange like Now I am just his mom he doesnt rely on me for survival.. I mean I know he does but its strange. "exit" "baba" "mama" "dada" "numnum" All the words he says as he walks around the house. plays patty cake. Runs from you when you come after him.. My baby is no more... with less than two months until he is a year... It apears my papa bear is turning into a big boy... a toddler. He points at little babies and says bahbay... he is so grown.

Friday Five... Big DEBATE

So I guess it’s my Friday Five this week, thats a first, and I am participating in That 22 year Old Housewife's Friendship Friday! : )

My heads are in the clouds so to keep it simple here is everything and anything that means everything or nothing to me this Thursday Friday.

Five.. Completely skipped out on My Wedding Wednesday this week because like I said my heads are in the clouds…I have accomplished little to nothing. I went dress shopping to break the tie between the two dresses I was in love with and ended up finding two other dress that I love more… : / Can we say EPIC FAIL! I do however have A LOT of fun stuff to talk about next week! : )

Four… I think the TV is eating my soul… Or at least taking up my time… It must just be that time of year or something but man Real World, True Blood, Jersey Shore, Teen Mom, Bad Girls Club… Oh Geez. First Teen Mom I feel really bad for Farrah She comes off like a spoiled brat but it has got to be so hard to have parents who made you put a restraining order on your child’s father and then having him die before he could ever meet his daughter. VERY SAD! Also Amber is crazy! Second Bad Girls Club..

Biotches are crazy!

Three.. This week I came across some interesting debates... One was on weddingbuzz a girl asked if it was okay if she had a cash bar at her wedding and people FLIPPED I mean they got into a huge argument over cash bar or open bar... Then over on youtube there was a girl who posted a video about the benefits of breastfeeding(because it is/was national Breastfeeding week) and that also started a big argument over breastfeeding vs formula feeding. In my opinion(KEY WORD) cash bar/open bar should be up to the bride and groom. I don’t think it matters either way because anyone who truly is there to celebrate your love wont care if you have a cash bar, open bar, or no bar at all. And as far as the breastfeeding/formula feeding goes. I PERSONALY(KEY WORD) prefer to breastfeed(since 4 months I have also FF as well) but I DO NOT think that BF or FF means your a better mom. We all have a common goal and that is to be the best moms we can be and as women we should support each other no matter what! ... what is your opinion on these topics?

Two...Getting really nervous for my 16 credits that are all online and start in two ½ weeks. I do however strongly believe that anything I put my mind to I CAN DO! Go MexiCANS!

Freaking Friday-HECK YES!

I am sooo excited for it to be friday. Normally Fridays are not a big deal for me because I work weekends but man oh man.... After being yelled at for two hours yesterday by a not so nice resident... and with only having to work a half day today. TGIF For real...

Okay so I hate to say it but I was so excited last night for Jersey Shore Season. All the Guidos and fist pumping ha got to love it. Peronally I love Jwoww She does not take shit from anyone! and snooki is just crazy.....
Angelina: Yeah well you're too tan and you're disgusting.

Five… Just because you are a debt collector and you deal with rude people all day and that has caused you to become an angry conniving person and just because you hate your job and are unhappy with your life does not mean that you need to walk into my office and be rude and disrespectful to me…someone who is helping you. P.s. don’t lie. P.p.s. Dear world appreciate the kind people and be one yourself. BE a light. Don’t go around trying to put other peoples out! NO BUENO!

Four…Earths best baby food actually taste like real food!
Three… 352 days until I get to marry the most understanding patient man in the world(according to this lil Latina) And only 306 days if we decide to move up the date. How blessed am I that I get to spend the rest my life with my Best friend. Days like today remind me of how lucky I am to have a partner that is so fun relaxed and goofy. Because when I get tense about something he reminds me that its okay to calm down breath and just have a good time! : )

Two… Beautifulpeople.com a dating website where you can only be a member if you are a beautiful person has announced that they will be sponsoring a companion egg and sperm bank for its members to sell their eggs & sperm for a fee. A spokes person said at first they hesitated to open the bank to all people(ie ugly people) but that they would be opening it to all people because “everyone -- including ugly people -- would like to bring good-looking children into the world, and we can't be selfish ...."…………. REALLY.????? Well that’s all I have to say about that one!

My Wedding Wednesday

So our whole wedding is going to be centered around being as creatively us as possible. Here are some of the fun things we have put together so far!

Is it a little early to be thinking of my wedding cake?Found that on wedding bee and I just LOVE it! Perfect for our color scheme.

We also Love the idea of this for a late night snack! All the little cake balls will be green with brown drizzle on them or brown with green Center Pieces Brown Coffee Beans with green candles inside.

We are still having a little issue finding our ceremony site. Chances are we are going to end up moving our wedding to June 4th 2011 and having the ceremony at the Garden. I really want my wedding date July 16th, but I would rather be able to get married at the garden since that is the only place I have ever really imagined getting married! This week I hope to finish up the guest list and book our photographer for the engagment photos so we can get out the save the dates!!! I also found two dresses that I LOVE and cant decide between them : / Maybe I will buy them both and wear one to the ceremony and the other to the reception! : ) How did you figure out which dress was "THE ONE" can two of them be "THE ONE"?

I Just have to say that this short little under caffeinated Loud Mouth Latina Is having the MOST AMAZING THURSDAY MORNING! It started out NOT SO GOOD. I was Sleepy as could be! I mean think eyes drooping Running into walls sleepy.. But then as I was sipping my WEAK morning coffee and reading through blogs I came across the most amazing title that INSTANTLY brightened my day… WAIT FOR IT…..SAY IT SLOW… HAKUNA MATATA… SING IT… It means no worries.. for the rest of your days! See now I know you at the very least cracked a smile! Big thank you to Jagged Little Life. One… Oh my growing baby boy! I can not believe he is walking. I really don’t know where the time has gone. I knew time would go fast but I had no idea it would go this fast. He is so much more of a little boy now than a baby boy. He understands everything that is going on around him and has developed quite the personality. I love him so much and just wish I could slow down time a little bit. What a blessing motherhood is! HAKUNA MATATA... Its our Problem-Free Philosphy...Have a Blessed Thursday!

My Wedding Wednesday

I found the most amazing Reception Venue! A family friend is opening a restaurant downtown and he is going to let us use the entire restaurant for the Reception.. WHAT A BLESSING! So Reception venue and food CHECK Ceremony site not so much of a check…. I seem to be having a hard time finding an outdoor space to have the actual ceremony. Everywhere is either booked or requires you to have your reception at there partner space! Its crazy how fast outdoor spaces get taken. Especially here in Minnesota where an outdoor wedding is only possible a handful of weekends out of the year, but like my amazing love told me “have faith because God will lead us to the right place.” How amazing is he?

This week I got my inspiration board done… super fun : )

What do you think? I am in love with chocolate brown and the shade of green we picked out not only compliments it well (in my opinion) but also is one of the wall colors at Los ComPadres! I am just so excited. I am looking forward to touring some new ceremony site options this weekend, and I am making my second trip to look for dresses! I have discovered I DO want strapless and I DO have to do some hard core arm workouts! Which brings me to another thing I have discovered… Its time to start a serious crack down on my workouts! Any suggestions other than P90x and Insanity(I already do them)?

Thursday Five

There is a seriously large clock, which by the way is a strange word, in my office staring at me. I mean really it wont stop looking at me. See right isn’t that unusually large? If it had a second hand I might jump out my previously mentioned minuscule… still dirty… office window. The music playing is taking my mind to a pleasant place. Don’t you just LOVE how a good song can always put a smile on your face? PAUSE… COFFEE BREAK… Ahhh Warm Caffeinated goodness! Is it really Thursday? Where and How did this week disappear? Well I suppose its time… Here is everything and anything that means everything or nothing to me this Thursday…

Five… Bill Compton … who are you and what have you done with my favorite vampire Bill Compton.. oh True Blood you make my heart melt.. GO WATCH if you haven’t… I still say the writer of Twilight obviously read the Sookie Stackhouse books and got “influenced” to write a movie. I’m just saying!

Four… Bumble Bees are actually really beautiful!

Three… If my face seems droopy it’s probably because its melting in the humidity! I mean Cheese and Rice the humidity is hotter than the heat.

Two… SUPER bummed The only place I ever imagined getting married at...got booked for the day I wanted it literally moments before I called to book it : (

One… Aries Aries Aries.. Has A HUGE personality to say the least. He can Pre walk. Take 10-12 un assisted steps at a time sometimes more. He is still pretty wobbly but its cute/scary/ oh shit I am never going to catch him now! Oh the Joys Of Motherhood!

My Wedding Wednesday

I am pretty excited to be adding a new post to my weekly schedule. Just one more thing for me to ramble on about! The title I am sure gives it away... WOO HOO I am getting Married. For those of you who don’t know me very well let me give you a little background on Jacques and I...
We have been together for 4 1/2 and known each other for 10.
We met the first day of high school He thought I was mean and I thought he was obnoxious.
We were the furthest thing from high school sweethearts, rather hallway acquaintances.
We went years without seeing each other and randomly the spring after high school we reconnected. It was kind of a wrap after that the first two years together I don’t think we spend more than 24 hours apart.
He is my buddy! He makes me laugh, He drives me crazy, and he always knows how to make me feel better. Best of all he is the most amazing father to Aries that I could possibly dream of which makes me love him that much more!

For those of you who actually know me you probably know we have been engaged for the past 4 years the time was just never right we had goals we wanted to accomplish and excitingly (not sure if that’s actually a word lol) by next year most if not all of those goals will be completed and the time will be right to get our marriage on! WOOT WOO

Now enough of the boring mushy stuff and on to the fun stuff....

Did I mention the list goes on and on? Thank gosh I have a year and a few days to plan this I don’t know how some of you put it together in months and some even weeks. Honestly If I could really have it my way I would have a small backyard wedding and have a BBQ for my reception haha but I don’t think my family would be so down with that!

Housewife Bootcamp

So it has become painfully Obvious I desperately need to be apart of this boot camp! I set 5 goals last week and am sad to say I did not complete them all! I started to clean Aries room and then became extremely overwhelmed with just how much was in there I am however proud that I got about 1/3 of it done and enough to actually set up his crib(the bumpers are not actually on the crib they just were for the picture).
I was also able to completely clean my kitchen and do ALL the laundry! WOO HOO!

By next Tuesday I hope to complete...

The last one is not really a house chore but I am excited to be doing it.
This Friday a friend, who happens to be the fiance of my loves best friend, and I are going to go try on some dresses and really try to figure out the style we want. Its hard to get an idea just looking on line because you don't know what the dress is going to look like when its actually on you. I cant really decide if I want something more Spanish traditional or something more over the top? or something more simple?... As of right now am kind of leaning more towards something like this...

How do you Relax?

What A CRAZY weekend! I Missed out on my Freaking Friday Blog and Super Random Sunday BLOG! : (
DO you ever just have one of those weekends where you feel completely revitalized after? I Had the best most relaxing weekend I have had in MONTHS. Friday was just plain fun. Jacques and I had our 5 year High School Reunion.

It was a belligerent amount of fun. For some people both literal and figurative! $10 for all the beer you could drink. To say the very least people took FULL advantage of that! All in All it was nice to see people, not through a facebook picture, and it would be nice to do it more than every 5-10 years.
Jacques and I randomly ended up getting Aries from my parents and staying at a hotel for the night! It was amazing and fantastic to have a night away from home! Aries even slept the WHOLE night!
Saturday and Sunday we just hung out at home together! Its been a long time since we have both had work off for so many days in a row!

I also stumbled across a new caffeinated addiction… GREEN TEA! I used to be ADDICTED to Caribou Coffee’s Green Tea but it had been years since I took a sip. Let me tell you my body instantly relaxed in to a state of calmness after I had that nice warm cup of tea! I was thinking that I want to try some organic tea? Any ideas of some really great organic tea? Also what is your Favorite way to Relax?

AHHH Life is good and I feel blessed to have such a wonderful family! : ) I hope everyone’s weekends were fantastic!

He was so excited for bath time he just couldnt wait for the water! : )
